My profession is Agronomist I did my Postgraduate studies in Edinburgh in the field of seed Technology. My family owned one of the olive presses in the village. It was build in early 1900. At 2008 I renovate it and now is used as museum also I renovate the family houses keeping the traditional architecture of Corfu. As I am not living permanently in the village I have registered them in the Greek Tourism Organization in order to rent. I have tried the property to be as Eco friendly as possible and this is one of the reasons there is not a swimming pool yet. There are so lovely beaches nearby!!

Why they chose this property

Loutses is a nice traditional unspoiled small village. It is situated at North East of Corfu at the foot of mount Pantokrator before the Old Perithia Village. The properties are fully furnished and are ideal for family Holidays. The nearby beaches like kalamaki beach and Saind Spiridon are the joy of the children. Many European citizens among them the writer James Chato have chosen the village to have their summer resort.
