Modern Interior Villa is a lovely 5-bedroom Villa of 300 sq m with a sea view private pool, which is located 5 km from the seaside village of Maleme and 19 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. The luxury Villa sits on top of an olive-grown hill boasting gorgeous, panoramic sea views in a plot of 2 acres.
Modern Interior Villa is decorated with a contemporary approach combining high aesthetics with comfort. All our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool of 40 sq m, a large courtyard, most of which is covered with lawn, and lovely sea views.
An open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room corner with an energy fireplace, a 51 inches TV, a DVD player and Home Cinema is provided. A built-in refrigerator an electric oven and a microwave, an electric kitchen with ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. A coffee maker, a boiler and cooker hoods are offered as well. Wireless internet is also provided.
Five separate bedrooms are available. One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds next to it, two spacious bedrooms with two single beds, and one common bathroom are offered.
