Great property for a family getaway (all adults) ... very near Fredericksburg and easy access to wineries, but far enough away to relax and avoid the crowds. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Wonderful home and perfect getaway

The home is so cute, and sits on a wonderful private property. It truly is a perfect spot for a getaway. The kitchen is a little small for large groups, but the house was very well kept.

Great Girls’ Weekend

This was the perfect Octoberfest home base for our weekend. It’s super close to everything. The property is clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Rustic Awesomeness

Very nice, old style but updated house. We really enjoyed our stay. The only failure was the weather, but staying inside an older house during the rain made us all forget about it. Highly recommend staying there.

Great Home

We really enjoyed the outdoor space including the fire pit. It was close to town, but had a country feel. A total of 9 people stayed at this house and we did not feel crowded.

Great stay, beautiful property!

Property was great for an extended family weekend and celebration. It was very clean, had everything you could need in a VRBO listing. There was an issue with the A/C and someone came that same day to fix it which was really appreciated. We will probably try and stay again if we do a similar trip!!

Lovely Farm

We had a wonderful time wandering through the peach orchard, fishing in the pond and watching the chickens. A perfect place for a family trip. Close to everything you would want to do in Fredericksburg but when you are there you feel miles away.

This house was above our expectations. Great experience for our kids. We enjoyed strolling in the attached peach farm, the large fire pit and boating&fishing in the pond (must release what you catch).

Lovely stay

We had a nice stay here during the eclipse. We cooked for 10 for every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed except tupperware/storage for leftovers. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. Property manager was very responsive to our many questions.

Perfect getaway!

This property was the perfect place for myself and our friends. It’s so homey, the backyard was beautiful & the property owners were wonderful and always ready to answer my million questions! We will definitely be back to stay again! Next time with our kiddos! The fenced in yard will be great for them!

Family Spring Brek Vacation.

This was a great house since we had kids. The playground was perfect for them and they loved watching the ducks and peacocks. Deer were in the field in the mornings which we all loved watching. Plenty of beds and baths for the 9 of us!
