On a plot of 12 000 square meters, on the edge of a river, and facing the Atlantic forest. The property has 3 houses that can be rented together or separately, one of the most remote and totally independent. The main house in Brazilian colonial style and with 250 m2. A nearby pool house with 100 m2 and a more distant and next to the river with 180m2.
Pool 9 x 5m, with tables for dining and grill in a large garden with old trees and tropical plants, ideal for those who want quiet and nature. 2 minutes belts 15 Itaipava and 25 of the historical center of Petropolis. A 30-minute walk from an entrance to the National Park of the Organ. House with caretaker and maid / cook service. The maximum capacity of 3 houses together is 15 people.
