In addition to all the natural beauty, the property features a semi-Olympic-sized lap pool and a heated infinity-edge hot tub facing a waterfall. There is also a game room and a treehouse.


In the lower house, near the river, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites. There is a half-bath and an additional full bathroom. Kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, TV, and a beautiful view of the river. In the upstairs lounge, there is another suite, as well as an antechamber that can accommodate one more person, though we do not count it as a bedroom. This brings the total to 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites. The lounge also features a bathroom, as well as games (pool, foosball, ping pong), a gas grill, a sauna, and a pizza oven—all with a spectacular view of the pool and waterfall. For those who enjoy a good hike, there’s a trail on the property that takes about an hour to reach the top of the hill, from where you can see the entire Vale das Videiras region. The property is less than a 5-minute drive from the centre of Vale das Videiras and about 15 minutes from the centre of Araras. We have three staff members who will provide all the necessary support.
