About this property

Cute and comfortable townhouse condo, walking distance to town, beach, docks.

Easy walk to restaurants, shopping, beach and docks, from our cute and comfortable Bay Springs condo
The main floor consists of: Living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large TV, and a couch with a pullout queen mattress. Half bathroom. The dining table has seating for 6 and a view out the patio door. Bright, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Sliding door to deck with seating for 4 and a small peek of boats cruising the Harbor.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with its own private bath. One room with a King bed, and one room with 2 twins. Washer and Dryer.
The condo is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi.

Comfortable Condo

This condo is comfortable and perfectly located for walks along the lake or into town. I found everything I needed in the kitchen to cook a couple of meals for in-town family. It is a perfect place for a weekend or an extended stay.

UPPER MICHIGAN GETAWAY

The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was even better than I expected. A quick walk into Harbor Springs one direction and lovely neighborhoods and nature preserve the opposite. It was a great base for our vacation.
