Now available starting July 23, in time to enjoy all that this great location can give you to have fun for Regatta festivities. Easy walk to Irish boat shop, Little Traverse Yacht club, the city docks, restaurants and shops. 7-night minimum for our cute and comfortable Bay Springs condo
The main floor consists of: Living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large TV, and a couch with a pullout queen mattress. Half bathroom. The dining table has seating for 6 and a view out the patio door. Bright, clean, fully stocked kitchen. Sliding door to deck with seating for 4 and a small peek of boats cruising the Harbor.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with its own private bath. One room with a King bed, and one room with 2 twins. Washer and Dryer.
The condo is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi.
