This house has been completely remodeled and is fully furnished. The house is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and modern amenities, including whole - home air conditioning, wireless high-speed internet, wonderful open floor plan and a wrap around covered porch. Bamboo hardwood floors and modern LED lighting throughout. All bedrooms are located on the second floor accompanied by two full baths one which is ensuite. A half bath and large laundry room is located on the main floor for your convenience. Relax in the living room with the fireplace and 60" smart television ( with cable tv). Enjoy the master suite with a comfortable king sized bed, a walk in closet, a double sink vanity, a private water closet, a large walk in shower with rainfall features and an attached enclosed porch with great views of downtown Harbor Springs. Take advantage of the rare off-street private parking and close proximity to all the wonderful restaurants and tourists attractions.
