Only 13 mins away from Red Rocks amphitheater. Escape to the winter beauty of Evergreen, Colorado, and unwind in this inviting mountain retreat. Nestled amidst the towering pines and picturesque landscapes, this charming home offers the perfect blend of rustic comfort and modern convenience.

The spacious open-concept living area features a welcoming fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings with family and friends. Large windows provide stunning views of the surrounding mountains and fill the space with natural light. There are 2 bedrooms with new mattresses and high end bedding. and 1 full bath stocked with luxury towels and amenities on the upper floor. A full kitchen featuring newer GE appliances, microwave, utensils, glassware, etc.. Also, a coffee bar with a separate espresso machine to start your day is available.
For outdoor enthusiast, skiing is just a short 15 min drive to Echo Mountain and within an hour of iconic skiing destinations like Loveland, Breckinridge & Winter Park Resorts. In addition, Evergreen Lake is a short 10 minute and provides numerous outdoor winter activities including ice skating, cross country skiing trails and hiking.

A new 55" smart TV with WiFi will provide you access to all your subscribed streaming platforms.

On the lower level is a second full bathroom with luxury towels and amenities, exercise area, washer/dryer, games and daybed with an additional pullout bed.

Outside there is a wraparound balcony that provides panoramic views. There is an outside seating area for 4+ people to enjoy the mountain view. You have access to an electric grill located on the back deck with all the bbq utensils.

After long day of hiking or exploring you can relax in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite beverage as you take in the mountain scenery.

This home was amazing! The beds were so comfortable! It was close enough to town that we were able to walk around and eat out but still felt like we were away in the mountains. We stayed here with another couple, went to see a show at Red Rocks, enjoyed the scenery, Idaho Springs, and Evergreen. The house was great with a really nice outside space. Just a little ways off the main roads, but very private and scenic. Easy to get into town and quick to forget its there. Would definately recomend as a great place to stay!

Our stay in Evergreen was both convenient and memorable. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and surrounded by incredible hiking trails. The perfect stay

It felt like Greg and Irma thought through every detail of this cozy mountain cabin! From the bountiful coffee station to the soft cotton sheets, to the gorgeous string lights over the hot tub. Their hospitable touches were very appreciated, and ultimately made for the perfect stay.
