Escape to this beachy condo in picturesque Fort Myers. This condo is 1 mile to Bunche beach, 4 miles to Fort Myers beach and 4 miles to the Sanibel Causeway. This wonderful property features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. The large lanai is 200 sq feet with a preserve view. The rental includes essential amenities like WiFi and central air. Guests can also enjoy access to a fitness room and a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Walking distance to Publix and restaurants! You will enjoy what our place in Fort Myers has to offer. This unit is a monthly rental and is available for the months of December 2024, April - Oct 2025. There is a $125 application fee and a $40 background check that is required through the Sanibel View Association.
