This Tuscany retreat is a large corner property, there is a fenced in back yard that is child/pet safe. This retreat offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths, plus a den that also can sleep two. Washer, dryer, two car garage, dining area and also a screened in lanai. There is an open floor plan includes dining area living area and kitchen with sliding doors that open all around. Home is on a very quiet street. Location is near shopping & dining. If you enjoy the beach there are three beaches near Venice beach,Englewood beach and Siesta Key The #1 beach in the U.S. Great place for rest and relaxation. House has wifi & cable.
