Loved the private pool. Lounge chairs and covered patio were great. We didn't bring pets but the yard would have been perfect for dogs with a grassy fenced in area next to the pool.

The fenced in yard was large and perfect for our dogs! The owner/ management company was very responsive and helpful. We had issues with the WiFi when we arrived and they were able to get people out to fix it quickly despite it being a holiday. That was so helpful and I was very appreciative as I needed it for work.The house itself was fine, bathrooms are updated and there are new fixtures and decor throughout the house. It is laid out a little strangely though and the spiral staircase in the middle was old and obtrusive. It was hard to carry suitcases, bags and groceries up the spiral stairs to the kitchen and 2 bedrooms, Other than that it’s a fantastic location, very clean and has lots of room.

Family vacation

We love Pensacola and chose this house for the promontory to local attractions and short walking distance to the beaches. The fenced in back yard and private pool were exactly what we needed especially considering it was a dog friendly home.

Spacious 2 story home

This home had a good amount of space for our group of 7 single adults. The property was clean and well equipped for your stay. The beach and bay areas are both within walking distance from the house.

Good week

It was a nice property. The only knock was the beds were unusually high, making it hard for my wife to get in. I'm 6'4" and they were mid-thigh on me. Other than that it's a good place. Close to everything and a short walt to the beach.

Property was ok. Great location and accommodations were perfect for the 8 of us but there seems to be a mold problem throughout the house. Pool was nasty and appeared not serviced for some time. Could not swim until late in the day on our 3rd day after pool was serviced,Communication with management company was poor.

Our family of seven stayed here to celebrate our son’s birthday he’s in the Navy and we had a wonderful time. The home had plenty of space for everyone, and we loved that our fur baby was welcome too! The pool was deep and refreshing, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, close to shops and markets, and about a 20–30 minute drive to the Navy base.The backyard was spacious and great for grilling out. The only small downsides were that housekeeping could’ve been a bit better (we noticed a few spider webs around the house and in the kitchen), and the master bedroom didn’t have a lock on the door, let’s just say that made us get creative and add a little fun to our stay . The master bedroom also had an extra queen bed in the same room, which would be perfect for families with younger kids, though a little less ideal since our kids are adults.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this home for families looking for a comfortable, spacious place close to the beach!

We loved this house. It was great for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Could not find a can opener but everything else was available. We knew a person that lived in Pensacola who loaned us a wagon to use going to the beach. My only suggestion is it would be really convenient if there was one at the house. Communication was slow responding to our texts and emails.

Extra supply of paper/handwash/trash bag was missing

This property is available for 10 people but supply provided is like (soap/paper towel/hand soap) is like one time use and when reached out then got message that it is limited and need to buy yourself once it used. This is not good. And its very old property.

Best backyard ever!! We loved everything about this place. I will definitely book this place again. It was so close to the bay and the ocean. Never drive to either; just loaded our wago and headed out.
