Welcome to our charming stone house located in one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Perigord, Berbiguières. The house is full of charm and offers all modern comfort for perfect holidays and is officially certified with 3 stars from the local tourist authorities.
OUTSIDE : Terrace, garden, BBQ, private heated swimming pool (8x4m), poolhouse with kitchen including plancha, easy parking for 2-3 cars
INSIDE :
Ground floor: modern fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), modern bathroom with walk in shower and toilet, washing machine
Mezzanine floor: cozy living room with flat screen TV
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with king beds and 1 with twin beds)

All commodities are very close (St Cyprien and Siorac at 4.5km)
