Beautiful 3 BR, 2.5 bath plus outdoor shower home on a private dead-end street in a quiet residential area, sleeps 11. Convenient to South Beach, downtown Edgartown, bike path, Morning Glory Farm & the Edgartown Great Pond. Full acre of property provides several areas to enjoy the outside in a private setting. Fully equipped kitchen includes SS appliances, enclosed 3 season porch overlooking a large backyard. Hardwood floors throughout. Washer/Dryer, WIFI, beach chairs, and bicycles provided.
This quiet, serene setting and nearby attractions/activities are sure to offer you, your family & guests a great Vineyard experience! Enjoy a day at the beach, kayaking on the pond, taking in downtown or exploring the island & come home to play wiffle ball with the family or just relax & enjoy a glass of wine inside or out in one of several outdoor areas while the steaks are on the grill!
Please note - Saturday-Saturday rentals only “in-season” - June-July-August.
No Sunday turnovers anytime of the year.
Towels and/or linens are not provided. There are several businesses to rent these items on-island.

The house is spacious, great kitchen and big yard. We were there in the winter but you could see that there’s lots of good hanging out spaces outside. Location is private but conveniently located.

A very people friendly property, with 2 1/2 baths and enough A/C units and fans for humid and rainy days. Felt safe and peaceful with lovely outside sitting areas. Plenty of kitchen conveniences. The house and location to Edgartown and South Beach were awesome.

This is a great family house for everyone. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out. It was a pleasant surprise to see 5 bikes, lots of beach chairs, corn hole, small cooler, and so much more. I would defiantly recommend and stay here again.
