We had a wonderful vacation at Kathryn’s home. The house was very clean and spacious and easily fit our group of 9 which included young adults. The area is centrally located between South Beach and Vineyard Haven. I highly recommend!

Great house in a central location with easy access to beaches and biking trails. Good air conditioning for the hot days with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in. Would recommend highly for any sized group.

Good place for my family and dogs. Easy access to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, the Airport or going up island. The Y and Ice Arena are just down the road and there are great hiking and bike trails behind the high school. We had a great time

Perfect location and setting

Kathleen's property was perfect for our large family group. The house is nestled in a very pretty, quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect; direct access to bike trail, conveniently located to get to anywhere on the island within minutes. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch at all times of the day as well as playing games around the tables on back deck/patio. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our larger group. Would absolutely visit again.

Perfect Large House

We were on Martha’s Vineyard for a wedding and wanted a house large enough for my wife and I and our 4 adult sons, with spouses and girl friends. The layout of the house accommodated all of us in comfort. Plus the house was convenient to everything - Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluff and Edgartown. Made it feel like we had a house on the vineyard even if just for a few days.

Family trip to Martha’s Vineyard

We had a fantastic time in MV! This was our first time to the island and we had my 4 adults (my parents and my husband and I) and 2 kids (ages 3 & 1). This house was perfect. Proximity to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs was so great. The house was so spacious and clean. The amenities with all the kid friendly things (like pack n’ play and baby gates available plus all the beach chairs and toys) was really great and helpful to have on hand ready for us to use. Kathy was so amazing and helpful to all our questions! It was truly a great experience and would recommend as well as stay again if we make the trip back in the future! 😄

Island Time

The property was spacious in the living areas and never felt crowded. Porch, back yard and deck were all very adaptable for a large group. The overall experience was excellent especially with location close to the best beaches, bike paths and towns. Being in a quiet shaded neighborhood helped make it a calm getaway also. Would highly recommend it for a family group.

Tons of biking on the Vineyard

Home Away From Home

This home came exactly as billed. It is very clean and spacious....easily big enough for our party of 9 people...6 adults & 3 children. The yard is large and private and located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from Edgartown. Kathy, the owner, is prompt and professional. Check-In / Checkout was easy. We will be back.
