This studio cabin originally built in 1939 is completely and beautifully remodeled- complete with vaulted ceilings, brand new fully-stocked kitchen, flooring, gas fireplace, Queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in glass shower and live-edge oak bar counter. Cabin #5 "Hop Sing" is located at the front, center of the Ponderosa Lodge property, overlooking I-70, Hwy 6 and Red Mountain. Great location close to downtown
The good: It's 3 minutes drive from downtown which was great! It's very close to the hot springs. The inside matched the description and photos. Its was pleasantly updated to include the bathroom and kitchen. The A/C worked nicely. What could be better: The parking spot is not painted with the house number and is hard to read. We had some minor issues with bugs in the bathroom(Small spiders in the shower and on a towel) Overall it was a nice spot located close to attractions. Great communication by the host. would stay again.
