Ana's Houseboat Located In Venice Marina SLEEPS 10
This houseboat has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay right in the middle of the FISHING CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. It is located on 'B' dock at the Venice Marina. Only a few steps from the parking lot. Perfect for unloading your items. We even have carts at the room to help lug bags etcs to and from.
The houseboat has a space to tie up your boat(s) to the front and side of the houseboat.
The houseboat can accommodate 10 people comfortably. Its a 3 bedroom and 2 bath houseboat. The first bedroom is a set of (2) twin bunks. The second bedroom is another set of (2) twin bunks. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin bunk above and has a bathroom connected to it to give it a more of a "master bedroom" type feel. The house has 2 full bathrooms with showers, toilets, and plenty of soap and towels.
The main living area has a TV equipped with Direct TV. And we have WiFi(starlink). We also have plenty of board games to play. The living area and kitchen provide an open concept for guest to visit while watching TV, dining and preparing meals in the fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, toaster and Fridge. There is also a deep freezer inside for any bait etc.
There is a grill with the necessary utensils located on the deck for use by our guests. There is also a fish cleaning station with a hose right next to it for your convenience. Please do not throw fish guts in the water. We ask that you please take them outside of the marina and dispose of them.

The Homeowners, Trey and Alyssa, are from a small town in Mississippi and still live there today. But Venice has become our second home. We absolutely love to go offshore fishing and spend time in Venice. We love being a host so we can share our place with other like minded people that enjoy the same things we do.
Why they chose this property
Venice, LA is known for being the fishing capital of the world. Until you come and experience it yourself you will never truly know why that is. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is here to have fun and catch big and unique fish. Come try it out so you can fall in love to. It truly is the place to be!
