Walkable Westside Home - Quiet, Cozy, Relaxing

About this space
Our cozy home on the Westside is an ideal spot to explore all that wonderfully, funky Athens has to offer (12 minute walk to Uptown!). The deck is perfect during warm evenings. You can hear The Marching 110 practice, stargaze on clear nights, and take in the energy of Athens.

The Westside is home to many Athens gems, including The Cider House, Miller's Chicken, Tavolino, Beads and Things, and access to Bikeway.

Guests have access to most of the house (we keep a few rooms locked with our personal belongings since this is our home). Two bedrooms with full beds are on the top floor with a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. We can accommodate two additional guests in the "relax room" on the main floor, where we have a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There's a full bathroom on the main floor.

Parking is not allowed on our street. There's room for three cars in our driveway.

This is our home where we live with our two dogs. We have the house cleaned professionally before every guest, however this might not be the best place for someone with a sensitive dog allergy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

West side is the best side! So convenient to uptown, but also full of trees, privacy and quiet blocks. We love being so close to the bike path and basically walkable to all things in town.

What makes this property unique

We always describe our house as a treehouse! It's so quiet and relaxing with trees out of every window. We hope you enjoy spending time here while catching up with old friends and family and enjoying our beautiful town.
