Cozy Downtown Condo on the River! Walk to Broadway and Germantown! Pool!

Fantastic 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located within walking distance to Broadway/Honky Tonks, Germantown, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds, walking and biking paths. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities, full kitchen and offers a fantastic view of the river! We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. Staying at this condo gives you access to a pool, workout facility, and washer/dryer.

Please note that the condo is located on the third floor and you will need to climb two sets of stairs. There’s no elevator. Riverside Community Pool: The community pool is located in a separate section of the Riverfront Condominiums community, near the other residential buildings.

Directions: From the condo, walk out to the parking lot. Turn right and walk toward the tall red chimney/structure. Continue toward the other condo buildings and the riverfront area. The pool is located in that section of the community.

Pool Season & Access: The pool is open May through October, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A gray key fob is required to access the pool area and is provided with your stay. Please bring the key fob with you when using the pool.

Pool Rules: No glass is permitted in the pool or on the pool deck. The pool is operated by the Riverfront HOA. Please follow all posted pool rules and regulations.

Great location…away from the noise and big crowds, yet close to many local fantastic restaurants, the Sounds ball park, B-Cycle docks, bike/walking trails, Broadway and the Ryman theater, Bridgestone, etc.Beautiful river view, very clean. Lots of clean towels…bed is firm. Kitchen has all the cooking tools, but only salt and pepper for in home food prep. Comfortable living room furniture. Host is quickly responsive and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location we walked to Broadway and the Pedestrian bridge. The fireworks show was amazing! Drove around Belle Meade it’s beautiful!! And ate at Loveless diner on our way home!

The location, parking and the balcony is what drew us to your place. Overall, I would almost rate it five stars, but there were a several small things that didn't rate a 5 for usIn the evenings, we enjoy just sitting back on the couch and watching t v after a long day sightseeing... Wow, the couch looks good with thick cushions but no support! I agree with a previous reviewer on this, I sat down and sank to the floor... And I'm a petite woman. Fortunately, you had a lot of pillows, we could sit on on top of the cushions.The shower curtain I was falling apart, and the lighting in the bedroom was not sufficient for me to do my makeup while my husband showered. So I had to move lamps around... Not ideal but we may do.

Very pleased and would definitely stay again. Hosts graciously allowed us to check in a little early. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Nice view out the back. A mile from Broadway was great.

The condo itself was clean. When you sit on couch you sink to about 1/2 a foot from the floor. Difficult for older people to get out of. No laundry in condo. Laundry is quite a ways, a lot of condos in this complex. 2 flights of stairs, appx 15 steps each. Stairwell and railing were nasty. Not a good part of town. Swimming pool is on the property next door, not convenient at all. We only stayed 1 night, booked 2

For clarity, our condo is located within the Riverfront Condominiums community, and the community pool is also part of Riverfront Condominiums. It is located at another building within the community. We have welcomed guests since 2015, and its location has not previously been a concern raised by our guests. The sofa mentioned in the review is only a few months old and was selected with guest comfort in mind. Comfort is subjective, and while it may not have been the right fit for this guest, many of our guests have found it very comfortable. The two flights of stairs and the location of the community laundry facilities are also clearly disclosed in the listing so guests can determine whether the property meets their needs before booking. We appreciate the feedback and will continue to maintain the condo and provide guests with accurate information so they know what to expect when booking.

We loved the little balcony and how close it was to everything we wanted to do. We felt very safe in the area and on the grounds. The neighbors were friendly and enjoyed the view of the river.
