Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Nashville. Close to downtown in a up and coming neighborhood in Germantown. We loved our stay here! Comfortable space with a river view.

If you haven’t booked this condo yet, do it NOW! It is a lovely property! The bed linens are soft as are the towels! It’s quite like staying in a 5 star hotel with a beautiful river view!We will definitely be booking this gorgeous condo again! Eric is a great host and answered any and all questions right away!

House was in perfect proximity for our stay,close enough to walk to Nissan Stadium yet out of the main drag and all the noise. And an added bonus was that it was directly on the river and we were able to sit on the back deck and watch the boats go up and down the river.

Very nice property! Charm of the balcony river views, with the convenience of being within 1 mile of Broadway. We enjoyed this clean and classic property. Free covered parking and amenities like a hotel (pool, workout room) Eric was in communication make sure the stay met all expectations

Very nice place to stay with spacious bedrooms. A nice walk to Downtown (Broadway) to the Honky Tonks and Ryman which is convenient due to parking is expensive. The view is great with the added surprise of river barges going down the river. Ended up extending our stay so we will definitely stay here again to get the Nashville experience. Side note highly recommend to take in a concert at the Opry or Ryman. Great host always remaining in contact with us.

Very nice condo and in a great location. We easily walked to German town and Broadway, but if walking 1-3 miles isn't easy for you, you may want to get an uber to Broadway. I was fun watching the boats go up the river. I would stay here again. Host was very accommodating as well.
