Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The unit we were assigned upon arrival was not the one shown in the listing photos hat we booked. The host cited a system glitch. That unit we were assigned to was also not clean. While the host did offer us the correct unit (the one advertised and booked), we were initially asked to switch again the next morning. When we shared we’d be out for the day, the host suggested having the cleaner move our belongings. After further discussion, we were allowed to remain in the correct unit (the unit we booked) for the duration of our stay.Cleanliness was a consistent issue — both the unit and the building itself were not well maintained. Additionally, both air mattresses provided were non-functional, though we didn’t report this until after our departure.The surrounding area is industrial, but access to public transportation (PATH and subway) was very convenient.
