Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment on a peaceful block in Jersey City’s McGinley Square. Kick back and relax in the calm, stylish space, with beautiful art, a 65-inch TV in the living room, and 55- and 42-inch TVs in the bedrooms (because who doesn't need that many screens?). Ideal for work-from-home with fast Wi-Fi and cozy spaces. Just steps from buses to NYC and a short walk to the PATH. It’s a walk-up with one bathroom, but full of comfort and charm for a great stay

House very dirty, air conditioning faulty in all rooms, unsafe furniture, balcony unusable. Host communication absolutely terrible. Would never recommend to stay here.

We’re sorry to see this review, as it does not reflect the communication documented during the stay. Throughout the visit, we were in regular contact and checked in to ensure everything was going well. The only issue reported at the time was a living room A/C unit, which was addressed promptly. No concerns regarding cleanliness, safety, furniture, or the balcony were raised during the stay or when we followed up. The additional points noted here were communicated only after departure and following a request for compensation. While we always review guest feedback carefully, we feel it’s important for future guests to have full context. This is our first and only review to date, and it is not representative of the experience we strive to provide. We remain committed to clear communication, transparency, and maintaining our homes to a high standard.
