Beautiful Queen Anne Victorian house built in 1890 (first on street overlooking Potomac); decorated with period and antique furniture. Large front porch with rocking chairs and upstairs screened porch and stone patio with table and chairs. Attic bedroom with king bed and bath. Three bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full beds) and two full baths on second floor; bathroom with shower on main floor. Spacious kitchen, fully equipped with seating area. Large dining room seats 8. Cable TV, WiFi, DVD. Attractive yard and garden with fenced in area. Walking distance to Harpers Ferry National Park & Appalachian Trail.

Turn off all lights, including porch lights. In winter, lower heat to 60 degrees.  In summer, adjust thermostat to 76 degrees.
- In used bedrooms strip bed of sheets; put sheets in one of pillowcases and leave in hallway.  Do not remove duvet covers or shams.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
