About this property

Hillside: Sleeps 13: Golf Pool Lake

Prime location- just a short walk to the BoyneLand Ski lift and Avalanche Bay.
Summer time: Heated Pool, Golf, Access to Deer Lake, Beach and Tiki Bar
Very large condo- 3 private bedrooms and a great size loft with 2 queen beds.
Well appointed kitchen, New appliances
Boyne Mountain amenities: outdoor pool, hot tub and work out room, located at the Clock Tower building, Deer Lake access, sandy beach, hiking trails, biking trails. some amenities do have additional charges.

We live locally and are available if there is an issue. Otherwise you will have the condo to yourselves.
We are also happy to make area recommendations.

Short walk to ski lift- Boyne Land lift.
Boyne City is about a 6 mile drive and offers grocery store and great restaurants.
Petoskey is about 25 minutes drive and you will find Meijer, Walmart and more chain restaurants as well as local favorites.

Charlevoix county has a public transit system that is like a taxi but is a bus. Great for getting to and from Boyne City late in the evening.

You will have a private entrance into your condo. It is located on the second floor. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have a private deck that connects the two rooms off the back. The condo backs up to the woods.

On property there is also access to tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tub, gym, golf, water park, lake access at Deer Lake, lawn games, skiing, tubing, and salon. Some amenities do have additional costs.


Huge Condo! With 3 full bedrooms and a huge loft that is more private than most lofts there is room to spread out here. The furniture is hand craved and solid.
Each bedroom has a TV and there are shelves with toys and games for kids.
We are family friendly with a pack n play, high chair, kids books and games too.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

Wonderful Property

We stayed at this property for a weekend lacrosse tournament and throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is well kept and included everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance of all the offerings of the resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was great! Alittle disappointed in the location.we were starying with several littles in our group.According to the vrbo map it showed the condo right next to the water park.which it was not.There are several condos closer. So maybe a better map of location or condo complex would be helpful. We were in condo N. We drove our car to the water park each time with lots of people and stuff and sub zero temps.Hope this helps others with littles.Place was great. clean equipped etc even had toys and packnplay

Kris I'm glad you had a good stay at Hillside. You visited during the WORST weather. It was -25 with wind chill. We have never had it that cold before. Typically with all the skier in town you can't park any closer to the water park than in our condo association (the lettered condos/Mountain villas). I'm glad you were able to find a parking spot in the main lodge parking area which is accessable to the water park as well.
