This is my personal home in East Nashville is perfect for your group's next stay in one of the most visited cities in the country. You'll have access to a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom space complete with 3 flat screens, WiFi, a deck, grill, backyard, Wii, hot tub, corn toss, and a fire pit. Inside, you'll find 3 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 2 Full over Full bunk beds, and 1 air bed for your comfortable stay.

Check in was difficult but to no fault of the owner, unexpected circumstances. Everything else was fabulous! Our kids loved all the space :)

This house was awesome! Plenty of space/beds, huge TV with surround sound on first floor, second TV upstairs, hot tub in back, very clean and well maintained. Right across the street from a nice little BBQ place and minutes from downtown. Jason was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything went smoothly for our weekend.

Perfect Weekend

We stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The house is just as in the pictures. Communication with Jason was easy. Uber rides to broadway was short and cheap. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen very accessible. We will definitely be back on our next girls weekend!

Fantastic Place and Location!

Lovely house in a very quaint and conveniently located neighborhood. Everything about the house was top notch and at a great value. It's a gem of a place, and Jason wants to keep it that way! And I totally understand why. He has invested and maintained it to a five star standard. If you are responsible guests, who respects both the property and the neighbors - you will not have an any issues. Highly recommend and will hopefully return on our next trip to Nashville!

Great property, great host!

This house is very well represented in the listing. It was clean, very comfortable and well stocked with coffee and other kitchen items. The house is spacious for families needing room to spread out, our kids loved the hot tub and the game/entertainment area. It's also a close walk or drive to a lot of restaurants and other attractions. Our host Jason was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything went as planned, and he was even gracious enough to let us check in early so that we could get naps in for the kids. The house is in a neighborhood that seems to be in flux, and is a mix of very nice and also lower end homes. Improvements are being made all over and we never felt uncomfortable on our street. I would fully recommend anyone to stay here.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! The property is fantastic....lots of room and seating, nicely stocked with water filter pitcher, coffee, syrups, tea options! The hot tub is wonderful and easily fit all 5 of us. The rules are clear in the listing and there is a book. Few rules, but very important you follow the few that are listed. Not an issue for us! Close to downtown, short Uber ride (about 18-20 for XL). Nice neighborhood. Beds are comfortable. Only negatives would be 5 women all showering in the morning with a smaller hot water heater. Definitely recommend

Great home for a large group in Nashville!

This house is spotless with great modern amenities. The hot tub was wonderful and Jason even left out supplies to play cornhole. The location in East Nashville was a great central spot to get pretty much anywhere in the great city of Nashville within 10-15 minutes or less. Riding with Lyft or Uber was very simple. Jason was extremely accommodating and responsive and stocked the house with plenty of towels, toilet paper, water, and K Cups as well as other basic supplies. There was more than enough sleeping space between the 4 beds and the couches which each pulled out into beds with sheets provided by the owner. There is a decent BBQ joint across the street and Jason provided a guide with other food recommendations nearby for delivery or a short drive away. The house was very clean and well maintained with efficient central air and ceiling fans. There is only one outdoor trash can and no recycling, but there is a local community dump in East Nashville about a mile away that will take your overflow trash and recycling for free. All in all, I would highly recommend this home to families or groups looking for a great vacation spot in Nashville. The owner Jason made the rental process as easy as can be.

Awesome Place to Stay in Nashville!

This house was a wonderful part of all of our first time to Nashville Stay! While it's not right on Broadway, it's a cheap ride there! The house held so many of us (we had 10 adults!) and we were all able to socialize together in every gathering area the house offered! Jason was wonderful about staying connected to us and helping us out with everything we needed! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

We had a great time at this house! There was plenty of room for all of us and we enjoyed the amenities including the hot tub, grill and sound system in house. This house was just perfect for our family we were all in town for a wedding just around the corner. We had 6 adults and 3 children under 3. Enough room for us all.
