What a lovely vacation everything was wonderful me and my children enjoyed the stay. Everything was beautiful and clean good scenery, many things to do. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Great place

We had an amazing trip. House was perfect. As said in listing lots of staira but wvery other amenity makes up for the stairs. Pool and Hot Tub were perfect for the adults and kids.

Property was exactly as described! Actually got to meet the homeowner because we were quite early for our arrival, she was incredibly nice and very accommodating. House was exactly as described and meticulously clean! Absolutely LOVED the upstairs space and spent nearly all of our time on the balcony. Neat and well thought out design and decoration. My only suggestion is putting televisions in the bedrooms to enjoy and relax after a busy day of walking Broadway! Will definitely stay again for our next trip to Nashville!

Amazing Nashville Experience

We loved our stay in Nashville. Gorgeous property minutes from downtown. The private pool also fantastic for the hot summer. We attended a concert at Nissan Stadium and had the time of our lives. Amazing host. Highly responsive. We plan to return!

Labor Day Holiday Weekend

Everything was excellent. House was extremely clean and fully stocked with extra touches We had fun in the pool and hot tub relaxing in the evenings. Hosts were great with communication. App access was super easy! No issues at all would definitely stay again!!

Great location

This house was so beautiful. Super clean, stocked with shower soaps, towels, TP, dish soap! The pool and hot tub were perfect to come home cool off and relax from hot days in downtown. Just a couple minutes away from all the attractions. Owners were so responsive during the booking process. I will definitely book with them again when in the area. You won’t be disappointed with this home.

Wonderful

This place was amazing! From the little touches to the decor and functionality. Having the pool and hot tub was such a plus! Not having to worry about hair dryers shampoo & conditioner, soap etc.....was great and those makeup cloths were such a nice thing to have! this place was so clean you just felt good walking into every room! If I ever go back to Nashville I would certainly stay there again

Baseball & Fun in Nashville

16B Fern Ave. was a perfect headquarters and home base for our baseball trip to Nashville and chance to explore the city. Beautifully maintained, well organized and laid out. It felt like home for 5 days. Very convenient to get to and from other neighborhoods in town. The backyard and back deck are great places to relax. Would definitely come back to 16B Fern Ave.

Cheer Big Group Getaway

We loved our stay. The house was wonderful and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the extra blankets, heated pool, pool table, private back yard and rooftop view. The only side comment is some of the surrounding area is pretty ran down and is surprising to see as you’re pulling up to such an amazing house. You can tell a lot of work is being put into the area and this did not change how we felt about our stay. We always felt safe and would definitely stay here again. It’s a fun house and the entire group was so excited to stay here.

Book it!!

This property was so worth it! The house is exactly as pictured, located close enough to downtown for all the fun but nice and quiet to escape the party scene when wanted. So many cute spaces and lots of room for everybody. Amenities were great!The pool was so refreshing in the summer heat that I used it every afternoon. The backyard area is darling and we used it so much more than I thought we would!Communication with the owners was quick and efficient.If I make it back to Nashville it would be impossible not to stay here again we loved it so much!!
