The neighborhood was run down. An abandoned car with a deployed air bag was parked across the street from the house. There were other illegally parked cards on the street. The wild roosters on the property were a nuisance because they crowed at daybreak every day and woke us up.
Overall the stay was fine. Neighborhood was a little unexpected. We stayed on a Friday night and when we got home from getting dinner we could hardly get down the road from everybody parking on the street. We also had no pillows or blankets for the couch bed.

House was clean and exactly as the picture showed. I do wish there had been some blankets and more pillows. It was odd that we couldn’t go in the backyard. There was a big do not enter sign. The neighborhood was a nice walk from the historic ybor. it was not a nice neighborhood with houses having bars on the windows and chain-link fences everywhere and trash blowing around. we enjoyed the chickens and stray cats everywhere across the street. There was an abandoned looking house with a poor homeless dude sleeping on the porch. Very sad.
Stayed here to run Gasparilla, it was a perfectly acceptable stay. There are two full parking spots for cars. BUT, the street itself is very narrow, with many neighbors' cars parked on the street which made getting in and out a little difficult. We never had issues with outside noise. Inside, the home is spacious, open-concept, with a large sectional sofa, but no tables to put food or drinks, and only one overhead light. Interestingly, half of the cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms had locks on them, even a glass cabinet with games in it. I know that all property owners have locked spaces that aren't accessible to guests, but this felt like overkill and a little off-putting.The kitchen was well-stocked with many appliances, dishes, and serving pieces. The fridge made ice for us and was big enough for all of our drinks and snacks. The master bedroom was a nice size, though no nightstand for one side of the bed (a huge pet peeve of mine). The bed was dangerously comfortable; I never wanted to get out of bed!The decor wasn't my favorite, but that's just a personal preference. There was a lot of black and silver, with lots of those wall decor stickers in all the rooms, almost *too many* stickers. I'd stay again.
Property was as advertised and very clean. Had to contact host to get into home and to access wifi. Roosters and chickens roamed the property and woke us up the next morning like 5am.
Several members of my family joined me on a trip to Tampa to visit with my father on hospice. After a long day’s journey, it was nice to arrive at our home away from home. The unit was clean and tidy with everything we needed: dishes, soap, towels, Keurig coffee machine, Wi-Fi, and comfy beds. We did struggle a bit to figure out how to control the ceiling fans with the remote controls. I had to get let the younger generation take care of that for me! We found parking for two vehicles to be enough and entry into the house was very easy. There were six in my party and we all had ample space for sleeping and bathing. The roosters crowing in the early morning was an added bonus. The location is convenient to a variety of restaurants, shopping and tourist locations.
I would have to say one of my favorite things about staying here was being awoken by roosters crowing in the neighborhood. I was raised in the country and always enjoyed hearing that. Even though this home is in a subdivision the roosters are an added enjoyment. The home was very comfortable and convenient to the cruise terminal. Nicely decorated.
We had a great one day night before our cruises. Property is in excellent condition with many added features and amenities. The neighborhood/street is very crowded with cars but the double driveway made parking a breeze. As others have mentioned, there a a few roosters which do what roosters do. Overall, a gray stay. Will book again for our next Tampa area needs.

I wouldn't recommend staying to explore the area, the area where the house is located is a bit iffy. My family and I arrived at night to the house and the first thing that we saw was a stray cat lying outside the door atop of an empty bag of chipotle. As we went in a COCKROACH rushed past us. We also noticed some stains on the wood floors and dust in multiple areas of the floor and some furniture. The rooms are fine for the space but the issues we had was in the “master” room, the towels that was laid out in that room had hair on it. The other room with the other singular bed, the black sheets had some blonde fur or hair and I found the same hair in the drawers too. In the morning we wanted to have breakfast and found hair in the sink and that the appliances had so many hand or finger prints on them (the appliances that were stainless steel). We tried to make waffles but the machine was broken so we had pancakes instead. Some of the table mats had a sort of sticky residue. Some of the baseboards of the house have some RAISED nails that were painted over, which is honestly such a safety concern!

The property was clean and close to attractions. It said there were games available to play, but you had to pay to play most games under lock and key. Pillows were poor and the neighborhood had issues. There was a homeless man living on porch of home across from rental. I could not recommend this location for families, but adults would be fine.
