Cute vacation spot. The master bathroom shower was huge and very relaxing. Shower toiletries were provided and kitchen stocked with coffee, tea and cooking seasoning. Wonderful visit. We would definitely come again

Our experience was great and home as advertised, Home is located next to parks and pretty much all things Tampa. But what will have us come back is the great host!! Joel is top notch and a great communicator!! Hands down the best!!

Our stay with Joel was perfect. His place was wonderful for our stay.It was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was a great location for our visits to Ybor City, the Trolley tour, and restaurants we wanted to visit...the Yeungling Brewery was super close.Joel was great to communicate with and was an outstanding host. Would definitely book his place again.We especially enjoyed the outside coveted area.

Communication was amazing. We were able to check in early which was great as we were staying here to move our daughter into college. However there were some issues. The listing stated there was fitness equipment, unfortunately there wasn’t. We were compensated and the listed has been updated. The property is extremely dated and needs some TLC. There were stains on the bedding and leftover food in the cupboards. The door to the AC unit needs a deep clean as it had a lot of dirt and dust on it. A bedroom door handle was hardly attached, and there were plug in air fresheners in almost every room. The master shower has both a rainfall and regular shower head however the rainfall part cannot be turned off and lacks the pressure to rinse hair. The shower is also has a stone bottom to it and not all the stones are dull some have a hard point and hurt when you find them. There is also not a shower curtain. The other shower we did not use as the shower pressure was almost nonexistent.I truly thought this place would be great according to the reviews but I was shocked. I did only message regarding the equipment and checking in early as I did not have time to worry about the rest since we arrived the day before move in and left the day after.

Family-friendly

Great time with the family and just a couple min drive to Busch Gardens with plenty of food places around. Home was cooled to the perfect temp when we arrived and the host Joel was wonderful with answering any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Really nice place to stay. Plenty of towels/linens, comfortable beds, good location. The family loved having their own bedrooms. The board games were a welcome surprise! We spent a lot of time out in the patio and were able to see the fireworks from Busch Gardens. Would definitely come again if in the area!

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable. We went for our daughter‘s graduation at USF. And it was about three minutes away from the school, so perfect location and surrounded by shops. The host was extremely courteous and communicated with us throughout the stay for anything we needed. Thank you Joel we will book with you again! The beautiful Bogenvilla plant in front of the house will forever be in our memories, because it made a beautiful backdrop for pictures.

Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay.

Best Host Ever!

House was immaculately clean & worked great for our group of seven. Location was perfect for a visit to Busch Gardens. I cannot say enough about the host, Joel. He was so helpful with great tips to make our visit more enjoyable.
