Comfortable, great location

Comfortable house in a great location, across a beautiful park. Back yard very conveniently fenced and nice size for pets. Loved the trees in front and back. If the backyard were more kept you could enjoy more the beautiful shade. Just a trim of lower branches. Close enough to beach to go everyday.
