House was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make the perfect stay. The personal touches (especially the coffee and tea bar) made us feel at home. Back deck was so relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine. Beds comfortable with a tv in every room. Would give this place a “10”!

Taylor was very welcoming! We enjoyed our stay very much. Their home was nice and had all the needed amenities.The only thing I asked Taylor to change is having lights outside on the patio. The patio was great but we could not enjoy it after dark. The string lights were on a timer and went off at 9pm.

The river district is a quiet, friendly neighborhood that is centrally located. We had easy access to GT Bray park, Robinson Preserve, downtown, and the beach (but leave early to avoid traffic!). Taylor was responsive and helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. A great time and a great place!

Casa del rio

Very quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach and State College of Florida softball stadium which is the reason for our visit. We enjoyed morning walks along the river.

Long weekend in Bradenton

Casa del Rio was lovely - bright, clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee set up. The host was very accommodating.and responsive. Check-in was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to Bradenton's downtown. All in all a very nice stay!
