It is not possible to plan ahead and guarantee whether or not construction would affect Building 1 during a specific timeframe. Knutson & Associates has no say or control over the construction schedules. During construction, access to units, A/C use, and/or other areas (such as lanais) may be affected. Noise and obstructed views are also to be expected during construction.
