3. The kitchen sink is not connected to water line. Clean water gallon tank will initially be filled for your first use. It can be refilled with the outdoor tap with no pipe on it.
4. Dirty sink water gallon tank will be empty on check-in. When full, it can be emptied in the lawn outside.
5. Allowing pets, this property is not suitable for extreme cleanliness sticklers.
6. Property not suitable for people with mobility issues.
7. Check-in guests must share a government-issued ID (for security)
