We had a great stay at this property. Host was very responsive and the house was nicely appointed and clean with comfortable beds. The rooftop deck is beautiful. Parking is a little tricky for larger vehicles but we were able to get our car into the spot without any issues.

A Wonderful Experience!

Everything was clean and comfortable. Furnishings arranged nicely, and the host thought of everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great communication, and a binder of helpful info about the house and the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Well stocked and welcoming

The house was very homey and welcoming. We were traveling with the small group of students and the place was perfect. The biggest issue was parking. To back alley is very narrow for a vehicle big enough to transport a sizable group of people.

Nice house

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The street is not friendly for larger vehicles like pickup trucks.

Everything you need, and More!

Lovely lovely home, with everything you could need for a quiet and restful stay. Everything was well appointed, exactly as described and the communication with Kim was friendly, responsive and gave all the helpful details on parking and entering the home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I find myself in the area again, and would recommend this rental over and over! Thank you Kim!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Parking spot worked okay, and we got a spot in the HarborView surface lot with in and out access for our second car. Thé walk to the inner harbor takes about 20 minutes, through interesting Federal Hill neighborhoods. Roof deck was just lovely for sitting outside in the evenings.

The unit was very clean and the online photos are accurate. I could not fit my minivan down the back ally or park in the space provided. Only real parking option is around the corner. My only complaint is the pillows on the beds are very thick and very firm. May want to have an extra blanket available in each bedroom as well. The kitchen is well equipped and the water pressure in the showered was good.

Everything was just as described. Parking, unless you live in a row house IS CRAZY BUT.. Walking is always an alternative

This place was an ideal spot for staying when in town to see the Ravens play. It’s a nice walk to the stadium through really pretty neighborhoods. The house was exceptionally clean and amazingly organized—everything was labeled so you didn’t have to search for anything. Coffee provided. Lovely rooftop patio. Parking spot behind house. Three bathrooms. 4 bedrooms. Great tv in living room space. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely book again.
