Experience Chapel Hill in this tremendous Earth Sanctuary, 10 minutes from town. With 18 full beds and 12 twin beds, this enchanting property offers rustic accommodations for up to 40, a private pond, dance hall, gardens, WiFi, and more. Perfect for family reunions and staff retreats. We have staff onsite to answer any questions while you stay at Sanctuary Farm.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights
All dishes, cups and serveware washed, dried and put away
Remove all food from refrigerators
Please place all used tablecloths, kitchen towels and rags into laundry basket
All folding tables & chairs put away
If any furniture was moved, please return the spaces to how you found them.
Remove all decor, florals and personal belongings.
Pick up and remove all trash
Strip all linens from beds and bring up to the laundry bins in the barn hallway
Leave pillows and comforters on beds
Fold used blankets and place in bins in barn hallway
Sweep inside of Yurts and Yome
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
