Fun pool, yard, and fire pit. Master BR and bath awesome. No book with instructions for Wi-Fi, on- off switches for lights were on timers, Main oven didn’t work , but there was an extra one. Overall a fine time was had.
If you are traveling with a group, you will not find a better place to stay. Clean, huge, lots of luxuries and amenities. The hosts were accessible and attentive. I got kudos all weekend from my companions for having found this place.
The pool and volleyball net were huge hits. There were workers coming and going occasionally but they were friendly and in and out around the outside of the house. Very cool bathroom in the master bedroom.
Rented this property due to a graduation. Had a lovely time making new memories; playing volleyball and corn hole, swimming in the pool, and the many meals in the large kitchen. Lots of room to move around and spend time together and even have some quiet time.

Spacious for our group of 16. House is great and the backyard was so much fun.
We could not have been more happy with this property. It has everything we were looking for with our large family (2Adults/6Kids). If you are a nervous parent or have particularly destructive little ones, this might not be the place for you - but our crew loved every minute of it.

Frat House Feel
There were some great features about this house. It has plenty of room. It
We needed a place to stay for our son's wedding that could accommodate our immediate family, my parents and niece and nephew. There was the right amount of rooms and beds for us. The house is eclectic. The location worked well for us. We appreciated having enough parking on property. We just wish all the windows had privacy blinds. Please note that only one room has a closet to hang up clothes. We also bought some towels as we found that the towels were clean, but well worn and there were no hand towels. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the uniqueness of the property and were grateful our dog was able to join us.

We didn't have appropriate check in or check out instructions (probably more of a function of the app instead). The hot tub was unusable - dirty and no power. When I raised this concern, the caretaker was responsive, but the repair the next day was ineffective and there was no follow up after notifying them of this. It should not be advertised as an amenity and there was no efforts to provide any sort of refund or discount. The front exterior is poorly maintained and the interior finishes are of very low quality and in mild disrepair throughout the house. It is reasonably tidy, although a deep clean is needed. There are no privacy coverings/blinds of any type on the large French door and bathroom windows of the primary suite. The shower of the primary suite runs out of water quickly. The French door of the primary suite leading to the exterior would not lock. The towels were all mismatched and very worn. The listing positions itself as a luxury property, but the photos are misleading and it is overpriced for what it delivers. The caretaker was responsive and seemed to do his best, but I get the sense he is not very involved. The impression is one of a poorly maintained over-priced property of a corporate management company. I will avoid an Evolve property going forward.
I would say this was the best checkin experience I have ever had. They allowed us to drop off some bags and groceries early as we were hosting some guests from out of town and wanted to have the fridge stocked. They even helped me unload the groceries and my heavy bike rack and 4 bikes… literally white glove service.
House was perfect for hosting a small group of male youth pastors. They loved having a pool, hot tub, PlayStation, and room to play yard games. They were super impressed with the huge shower!
Kitchen appliances were a little tricky to learn but probably just because they were very fancy ones.
Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would for sure book this place again.
We would not stay here again. First off…. We got there and the garage door was open and door to house was unlocked. We tried contacting the host and the main biz, Evolve. We received no response. The house was dirty. The main shower did not work. There was no hot water (which the next morning we saw a water heater box on the trash pile). I had to clean the dryer vent out for almost an hour because some type of beads were jammed in there (I left the wad in the dish deal in the kitchen sink so they could see). Stains on linens and when I had to strip the beds I wanted to gag. The furniture was stained terrible. Toilet seat in main living area was broken. There was no soap in kitchen, no hand towels in bathrooms. Felt like they weren’t prepared for guests. We were very excited to stay at what looked to be a pretty unique house but were disappointed pretty quick. We will not stay at another house managed by Evolve. 3 out of 3 times we’ve had problems with their properties.

Strange but it works
If you are coming to town for a college game with a group of friends and plan on drinking a lot . . . This place would be perfect. It reminds me of a bizarre frat house. But surprisingly for everything it’s not . . . It worked for our group and was dog friendly which for us is mandatory and limits our options when we travel. If you don’t care about cleanliness, decor or sleeping arrangements . . . Go for it. Dog friendly 9/10. Dogs had an awesome time. Big yard but was not fenced. Privacy 2/10. Owner stays above the garage and has a dog. He did respect our privacy but it’s odd to turn around and there be a stranger in the yard. Cleanliness. 2/10. Did I mention owner has a dog?Property Age 2/10. This is an old home and shows its age. Hot tub 2/10. It was a biology experimentPool was closed for the winterSleeping Arrangements 2/10. There are 2 extra beds in the master suite so I question the occupation numbers with respect to privacy. The master suite is better suited for a couple with kids. Amenities 7/10. Kitchen was well provisioned, Ample games and the pool table was entertaining. Location 8/10. Close enough to campus and town. Easy access to highways. 2/5 stars over all.

Hi Robby, thank you for your review. The homeowner wanted to provide some clarification regarding your feedback:- We do not live on the property; the person you saw was our housekeeper, and there is no dog on-site.- The listing clearly states that the yard is not fenced, so guests can plan accordingly.- The pool is closed for the winter, which is also mentioned in the listing.- The bedroom setup is accurately described in the listing to ensure guests understand the sleeping arrangements before booking.Thank you again for letting us know about your stay.
