All towels and linen used should be placed in a pile in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The person making the reservation MUST be staying for the duration of the stay. No third-party reserving (reserving the home for someone else).

I earn a leaving and race a family in Davie Fl. I came to Port Saint Lucie to retire and build this house as a rental income and keep myself busy, I don' know if I like hosting but I think if we stick to basic rule of business (the customer receive a fair product value in exchange for the money they pay for) we both will do just fine

What makes this property unique

We look for a place to build the house that was centrally and convenient located for tenant/guess could easily access restaurants, convenience store, shopping centers, bars and departments stores while not too far from the beaches, the training home of the New York Mets and as well as close and quick access to I-95 to the west and Florida’s Turnpike to the south to connect with WPB and Miami Beach to the south and Disney 100 miles to the north among others with in a radius of two miles
