Needs work

This place needs work in the following areas:1. Cleanliness of the general areas (table and chairs by pool and pool patio and deck very dirty) The room itself was clean2. Communication between the national group and the local staff. I had an issue with the room and the person who came was very helpful. but the communication between the two was not good. And since there is no-one on property this is a problem3. Online is almost seemed like the living area was part of the room? Maybe I just misinterpreted it? But in fact it is a communal area4. The place was pretty quiet and felt safe. But the window in the bathroom and kitchen have slats therefore sound travels in - so it depends on what's going on outside - when it rained you could really hear it. 5. Little kitchenette had to microwave which seemed oddOverall I think they are trying - but needs work.
