House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)

• Must be 25+ years old to rent

• Rental Agreement required + $500 security deposit hold (submitted at least 2 days before check-in; released 3 days after checkout if no damages or violations)

• Maximum occupancy: 15 registered guests only
- Exceeding this limit may result in a $1,000 fine** and **immediate cancellation without refund

• Parking: Max 2 vehicles only
- No street parking (vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense)
- No parking on grass

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Spa use is not allowed during quiet hours

• No smoking indoors
- Indoor smoking incurs a $750 ozone cleaning fee
- Smoking allowed outside only; debris must be disposed of properly
- Failure to clean up may result in a $100 additional cleaning fee

• No parties or events
- Hosting unregistered guests may result in a $1,000 non-compliance fee
- Immediate eviction without refund may apply

• Visitors
- Guests exceeding the 15-person limit require prior approval

• No pets allowed
- Unauthorized pets result in a $1,000 non-compliance fee
- Immediate eviction without refund may apply

• No shoes indoors
- Complimentary slippers are provided for all adult guests

• Makeup Towels Policy
- Do not use white towels for makeup removal
- Gray towels are provided
- Stained white towels incur a $35 replacement fee per towel

• Security Cameras
- Exterior cameras only, used for security and occupancy verification
- No indoor cameras
