It also has a spacious 3000 m2 garden, childrens playground, gym, table tennis, volleyball court, outdoor grill and three shaded parking spots.

It’s ideal for a safe family vacation in the nature, while still being close to popular tourist spots as Trogir.

You'll love to stay in this spacious three-bedroom holiday house with the pool.

It's ideal spot for a quiet family or romantic vacation in a quiet natural village area.

Despite being in the quiet nature, it’s less than 15 min driving to nearest beach and town Trogir.

It has three bedrooms, balcony, two kitchens and bathrooms in two separate units on the same floor of the house.

Garden is exclusively yours to use and has 3000 m2 with the outside grill and picnic house with table and chairs, gym, table tennis, volleyball court, small basketball court and three shaded parking spots.

Garden also has a children playground with children slide and swings.

House is fully fenced for children and pets security.

Living room has a large 42” LCD TV with satellite channels, air condition unit and sofa that can sleep two people.

Two bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and third bedroom has two cozy single beds.

There are two kitchens, new one fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Each bathroom has a shower and there is also outside shower near the pool.

You also get iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels and high-speed Wi-Fi, all free of charge.

Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged for free, please contact in advance.

This is a smoke-free house.

Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke outside on balcony and in the garden.

Pets are allowed with the surcharge. For bringing pet, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything and leave the house tidy.
For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 30 minutes of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check-in time is 2 pm (14:00), check-out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Plano is a small village located near shore of the Adriatic Sea, just a short drive from the historic city of Trogir.

It is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, and offers stunning views of the mountains.

In Plano, you will find a coffee bar, pizzeria, pub, disco club, grocery store, sports center and gym, and you can also visit newly built church of St. Marta.

We’re just 15 min drive to Trogir and nearest beach.


**** Getting around:

Train station (Labin Dalmatinski) with public trains going to Knin and directly to Split promenade is just 8 min walk from the house!
