Completely rebuilt in 2019 it has all the updates and quality of a newer construction home, including air conditioning. It is close to all the shops and dining in downtown Encinitas.

Located on Neptune, one of the most coveted streets and neighborhoods in the beautiful coastal town of Encinitas/Leucadia. This spacious and well-appointed home offers a perfect blend of modern amenities and beachside charm.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a bright, airy living space, and large windows flood the rooms with natural light. The beautiful kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making it a chef's delight.
