Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful home in an unbeatable location, just minutes from everything San Diego has to offer. I originally purchased it as a rental property because of its peaceful setting—tucked away in a rare double cul-de-sac, perfect for kids to safely play and ride bikes. The quiet neighborhood is a hidden gem, and being so close to the beach makes it even more special. It's not easy to find a location like this in the area!

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home is located in a small, safe, and family-oriented neighborhood—truly a rare find in the San Diego area. I purchased it as a rental property because of its ideal setting: a quiet double cul-de-sac where kids can safely play and ride their bikes. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the beach and close to everything San Diego has to offer. It’s the perfect blend of coastal convenience and neighborhood charm.
