Yurt Site Layout: While the yurts are within walking distance of each other, they’re spaced out enough to provide each group with their own space and privacy.

Disclaimer; Mother Nature can be unpredictable here in Idaho! One minute it’s sunny, and the next it might be a surprise snow storm. That being said, we don’t offer refunds for nature's little surprises, including the occasional bugs and critters that come with the outdoor experience.

If you are coming between the months of November and March we strongly recommended 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. We do plow the road the road but it is a steep and slick.

These are glamping style yurts on a mountain side, so come prepared to embrace the wild side of your stay in the yurt. It’s all about making unforgettable memories in the great outdoors!

The peaceful Japan yurt was a pleasant surprise in the middle of nowhere, beautiful setting. The yurt had every comfort of home. We were a party of 4 and we all had our own beds . The town of Lava Hot Springs is quaint and fun. I’d love to return when it’s warmer to enjoy the outdoor fire pit, bbq and mountain views. Great job Yurts of the World

Super cute place with radiant floor heating which kept things toasty even though it was below freezing outside. Beds were nice. The train is very close and woke us up a couple times. Would totally stay again.

So much fun & very relaxing!

I loved everything about the Japan-themed yurt! So cool! We found the yurt very spacious and clean — and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful to go to sleep to the sound of rain and passing trains. I would like to live in this yurt

I didn't bring my dogs this time, but next time I will for sure.It's great place for them to just run and be free in the mountain. I love how it provided the amenities of a full kitchen utensils, pots and pans plates and cups and coffee cups.They provided everything we needed!! There are no t vs, but it does make you appreciate the nature more!!
