A 2 story cedar shingle fully renovated vacation home on .75 acre only 90 min. from Manhattan. The completely fenced in property is on a park like setting on a private road adjacent to a farm. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, home office and a full bath tiled in marble. The master suite is on the main level with a separate tub and shower and opens to a covered porch which leads to the pool area. The kitchen is renovated with stainless steel appliances. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen. An additional granny porch off the living room allows you to enjoy outdoors even when raining. A finished basement offers additional sleeping for 3. There is also a small gym with a treadmill, and an outdoor ping pong table.

Beautiful property!

My family (2 adults and 2 children) and our dogs had a great time vacationing here. The house is spacious and well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. The beautifully landscaped property is private with a large pool. Beaches and the town of Westhampton are a short drive away.

Hello everyone:
I hope you take a careful look at my house . I love it and try to take very good care of it. I am a native New Yorker who works with international students providing courses in English as a Second Language. I speak French, Spanish and Italian and my favorite place for vacation is Italy. I currently reside in Manhattan.

Why they chose this property

Westhampton is the gateway to the Hamptons and is the closest Hampton to Manhattan. The town is really cute with shops and restaurants and a performing arts center and a farmer's market on the weekend. Westhampton is very family friendly. and basically, there is no "scene." This property is 5 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bike to town. It is 3/4 acre of fenced in property with lots of grass and tress. Adjacent to the property is a farm and chickens visit us every afternoon. The entire house was renovated . The beach is a pleasant 20 minute drive but with the pool, ping pong and shaded areas, you will never want to leave.
