Ground Floor
Open-concept living, dining, and kitchen with fireplace, French doors to the pool deck, and a covered front porch overlooking the lawns. A separate den with 65" TV offers extra hangout space. The Primary Suite includes a king bedroom, deep soaking tub, oversized shower, private sitting room with deck, and pullout sofa. Full hall bath, pool entry with shower, and laundry room.

Second Floor
Queen Suite with ensuite bath, a second queen bedroom, and a third room with two full beds. Large shared hall bathroom with shower.

Outside
Heated L-shaped pool surrounded by an expansive deck with lounge chairs, dining, and seating areas. Covered front porch with sweeping lawn and woodland views.

Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. Early or late access may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Maximum parking allows for 6 vehicles over night, 8 during the day, unless prior permission is agreed in writing.
