Would not recommend

Stove not usable. Dishwasher no longer there but racks left behind. Open food in fridge and cabinets. "Get out" written on door upstairs. No curtains on downstairs windows so anyone can see in. Overall creepy vibe. Left after one night.

This house is not rental ready. It was cluttered, dirty and unkempt. The pictures made it look ok - clearly someone’s home - but when we arrived, it was clear no one had been living there. The front lawn had been cut and looked like a mown hay field, the back lawn was well over knee high grass. Front porch furniture was dirty with cobwebs. Inside was so cluttered, we were unsure if this was actually our rental and had to check the listing. There was a random ladder set up in the laundry room as we entered that looked like someone may have been working. Random bottles of cleaning products were scattered on counters as if someone had been thinking about cleaning but got interrupted. The tub upstairs was surrounded by half dead plants, and there was dirt in the tub. There was a filthy lounge sofa on the enclosed porch, and the furniture was not even arranged. We took one walk through and left, finding a hotel 20 miles away. It was a shame since we had been looking forward to the lovely view of the River, and staying near our other family members.
