Great Host, Nicest people you can meet. There are a lot of stairs to be aware of for the elderly. The views and location is awesome. Everything you need just like at home, It was peak of summer and front of house and front bedroom does stay a little warm, A mini split ac would be a perfect addition. They supplied kayaks fishing poles ( and there are lots of fish there, caught 12 myself first day, great swimming area too protected by a nice rock island.

I believe I mentioned when you arrived that the thermostat for the air conditioning was in the main bedroom behind the door in case you wanted to move the temperature around and affects only the vrbo unit. What a hidden gem! This rental sits on such a beautiful piece of property right on the Spokane River. One of the best parts is that you have access to the dock which is perfect for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming etc. The check in process was super easy and Carla was very prompt in all communication. Our family of 5 had the best time and we will definitely be renting this VRBO again. Thanks for the great memories!

Everything was as listed in the description and in the pictures. One thing I did not realize was that the rental was attached to the main residence, this was not and we had plenty of privacy but I was unaware until we arrived.Boat slip and outdoor area are a definite 5 star, main bedroom is very large and has its own deck.

Gorgeous location

We really enjoyed out stay. The property and location are beautiful. Easy access to Couer d'Alene, but you don't really need to leave Post Falls!

Outstanding views and comfy home

My wife and i stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful stay. Carla and Warren are fabulous hosts and had the house well stocked. It was the perfect location between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Would love to visit here again

Perfect setting on the river

This property has such a gorgeous setting on the river. My family had a wonderful time. Brought our boat and spent majority of our time outside. Carla and Warren are fantastic hosts. We will be back for sure.
