Your cozy getaway awaits in Marco Island at this beautiful beach condo. Great for large families or groups of friends on vacation, with 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. This pleasant retreat offers all the comforts of a home. Breath taking view to the Gulf of America with private access to the beach. The building offers two Gulf front community heated pools and two community BBQ grills (charcoal), tennis courts, pickleball courts, underground assigned parking, bike storage, lobby area and gym. Beach chairs and umbrella are available in unit's storage room. Condo is walking distance to restaurants and much more. This rental property is not worth the price. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was bad. The furniture was covered with slip covers that were stained. The outdoor furniture was rusted. For the price charged, there are better options in Marco Island.

We had an amazing week with amazing views. Katalina made everything a breeze with easy check in. The condo had the most amazing views and the location was excellent. It is a short commute to many restaurants and several within walking distance. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back.

Great Beachfront Condo

This beachfront condo worked out nicely for our family reunion. Our adult children/spouse met us in Marco Island and we enjoyed staying at this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. The balcony was very nice for breakfast views and sunsets too. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. The grounds are well kept and secure. Location on the beach was one of our requirements.

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well stocked with towels, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent. The charcoal grills by the pool were really nice to have. It was also nice having a table on the deck so we could eat outside and hear the ocean. The property managers were very nice and easy to work with. They responded immediately anytime I contacted them. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

Wonderful spacious property. Plenty of room for our 3 teens. Excellent communication with manager when I had a few questions. Beautiful large patio with gorgeous sunsets. Condo building is also very clean and well maintained. Definitely one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed at in Marco. We’ll be back!

The location and place was fantastic! Katalina was always available to answer questions! We only had one complaint and that was the towels, sheets and furniture covers were stained and older. Everything else was great and we had a great time can’t wait to come back!
