Modern Casita located in Uvita, located within 15 minute walk of Whales Tails National Park. This property includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, small living room (w/pull out sofa bed), & patio area.
The property includes washer/dryer, plunge pool, many fruit trees, & private parking. It is also located within a 5-minute drive of downtown Uvita - easily accessible by walk or bike. For those vehicles, 4x4 is not needed.
There is an occupied 2nd casita on property (both have private entrances)
