This complex has two separate apartments. An upstairs and a downstairs. This listing is for the downstairs unit meaning it does share an entrance with others, but the rest is completely independent. Currently, upstairs is rented as a separate rental!

This is 2 minutes walking distance to beautiful Crescent Lake Park which has multiple tennis/pickle ball courts, running/biking trail, a dog park, and playground. Five minute drive to Downtown St. Petersburg famous for its unique restaurants and lively night life. Fifteen minutes from the world renowned St. Pete Beach for its beautiful clear beaches. PLEASE NOTE: The St. Pete and the broader Tampa Bay area is located in a humid subtropical climate where various insects are endemic to the region (e.g Palmetto Bugs). It's common to see them during the hot and humid season (May to October). We do our best to keep them away but they are very much a part of every day life here in Florida and are for the most part harmless. Best way to keep the out during your stay: keep the doors closed!!

This unit was very nice, ample and well located. All attractions we wanted to visit were very closed by and easy to drive to. Very manageable for us, but one thing we took into consideration, was we were two adult couple with unit only having one full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom.

Honestly the place is in a great area overall lovely host she was very kind and very helpful with figuring things out. Only thing is a lot of the appliances are small so kinda hard to fit 4 grown dudes in the bathrooms but if your looking to have a family vacation with your kids this is definitely the place great locations to eat a good but if things are in walking distance like the pro ,restaurants, and stores only other thing was the WiFi router never popped up on any of our devices which was pretty weird but we managed but it is a lovely house and we thank our hostess for having us.
