This newly renovated 4-bedroom home features a boat dock with a view that extends miles down to Jordan Dam, and several decks and sitting areas to enjoy splendid views. It also features a chef's kitchen and a comfy living room. You can head out to the rec room to play pool, enjoy a kayak or paddle board ride, or go for a swim in the lake.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place garbage in bags, place them in the trash bin, and push it to the roadside. Run dishwasher. Turn off all lights, fans, and fireplace. Turn the thermostat to 76 in summer / 65 in winter
