About this property
Modern Cabin retreat. A world away but 3 miles from downtown Asheville.
This custom crafted cabin feels rural but is minutes from downtown Asheville. The home features a rustic, scandi design with an open floor plan great for socializing. A front deck with views of the cove and a covered back patio offer multiple options for outside dining.
This is my home. Some drawers are full, stuff is around, the fridge might have food in it but it’s sparkling clean. It’s the way VRBO used to be, affordable homeshares so people could visit cool places. If you still believe in sharing, I’d love to host you!
There are two bedroom’s with queen beds, bathroom has a walk in shower, no tub. Mini splits with remote provide heat and AC. Smart TV to log in to your favorite streaming services. High speed google nest Wi-Fi system. Wi-Fi is shared so it has to stay on.
No washer dryer.
Gas grill and smoker.
Pair your phone to the stereo and play music on the front porch and back patio.
This is not a party house, quiet hours start at 9pm to keep our neighbors happy!
